TERMS & CONDITION Please review our terms and conditions carefully before booking your thrilling Jet Ski or Jetcar adventure. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. SAFETY REGULATION Life Jackets are Mandatory: For your safety, wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all participants. Life jackets will be provided by us. CANCELLATION POLICY 24-Hour Cancellation: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity time. Rescheduling: We understand plans can change. Rescheduling is permitted free of charge within 1 hour of the original booking time. RESTRICTIONS Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to participate in our activities. Minimum Age: The minimum age for a rider is 16 years old, and the minimum age for passengers is 5 years old. Weather Conditions: Your safety comes first. The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any activity due to weather alerts issued by local authorities. RIDER RESPONSIBILITIES Fleet Damage: The rider will be held responsible for any damage to the fleet while driving. Major Accidents: In the event of a major accident, the company reserves the right to charge a penalty of AED 1000 per day as rental plus repairing costs, or the full cost of the Jet Ski amount, whichever is lowest. AGREEMENT Signed Form Required: A filled form of these terms and conditions must be signed before the ride commences.
